Principles of Customer Data Processing

The purpose, composition, manner and classification of the Customer Data processed by HighLevel OÜ are as specified below.

Who is the Customer?

The Customer is a natural or legal person who has entered into a contractual relationship with HighLevel OÜ, i.e. has submitted an order.

What are the Customer Data?

The Customer Data are any information the Customer has made available to HighLevel OÜ and which is therefore known to HighLevel OÜ (e.g., but not limited to, the Customer’s name, mobile number, address, transaction details).

What is Customer Data Processing?

The processing of Customer Data is any action performed with the Customer Data (incl. collecting, storing, organizing, saving, modifying, disclosing, providing access to the data, making requests and retrievals, using, forwarding, cross-using, merging, closing, deleting and destroying).

Who is the Customer Data Handler?

The Customer Data Handler is HighLevel OÜ (K. Kärberi 50-19, 13919 Tallinn, Estonia). The authorized processors of the Customer Data are AS Eesti Post, Itella SmartPOST OÜ, DPD Eesti AS.

Who is the Third Party?

The Third Party is a natural or legal person who is neither a Customer nor a Customer Data Handler.

Composition of Client Data to be Processed

HighLevel OÜ collects the following Customer Data:

  1. Customer’s given name and surname / name of the company;
  2. Company registry code;
  3. Residence / location;
  4. Account number;
  5. Contact details;
  6. Transaction data (the data of purchases made by the Customer);
  7. Data on habits, preferences and satisfaction (e.g., but not limited to, the services utilization acitivity, services used and customer satisfaction, and the data related to complaints);
  8. All data provided by the Customer (other than sensitive personal data), including the right of HighLevel OÜ to save and store all orders and instructions made by the Customer through the means of telecommunication (e.g. telephone and computer network).

On the bases provided by the law, HighLevel OÜ has the right to also process such Customer Data which are not mentioned in this Agreement.

What are the Customer Data Processing Objectives?

HighLevel OÜ processes the Customer Data for the following purposes:

  1. Performance of the contract with the Customer;
  2. Protection of the infringed or disputed rights (e.g. transferring information to the court of law);
  3. A better understanding of customer expectations and, thus, providing the customer tailored high-quality services;
  4. Fulfillment of obligations arising from legislation (e.g. transferring the data to an investigative body).

In which cases does HighLevel OÜ disclose the Customer Data?

The Customer Data are confidential. The data are not issued or accessible to a third party without the prior consent of the customer, except in cases prescribed by the law.

HighLevel OÜ has entered into agreements on the confidential use of the information provided with the operators of postal services.

Deleting Customer Data

In order to request the Customer Data be erased from the database of HighLevel OÜ, the Customer needs to contact the company’s Customer Support by phone by e-mail ([email protected]). The request will be considered no longer than one month, during which time the period of data erasure will be specified.

Solving Disputes

Disputes related to processing the Customer Data are resolved by the company’s Customer Support (K. Kärberi 50-19, 13919 Tallinn, Estonia; e-mail: [email protected]). The supervisory authority in Estonia is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate ([email protected]).



These principles for processing the Customer Data have been created in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the Personal Data Protection Act), as well as the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
